Return Policy
Every item includes its size, measurements, and any imperfections in the product description. Please review all details carefully before placing your order.
We do not offer refunds. Instead, eligible returns are issued as store credit, which can be used toward any available item on our website.
Returns
If you’d like to return an item, you can either:
- Schedule a door pick-up through here, or
- Contact us to arrange a drop-off at our studio.
Returned items must arrive at our studio within 10 business days of your return request. Unfortunately, late returns cannot be accepted.
Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, with no signs of wear, washing, or damage.
Once your return has been received and approved, you’ll receive a store credit coupon by email. Store credit is valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
Final Sale Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Swimsuits
- Sunglasses
- Deadstock and new items
- Items purchased during pop-ups or markets
- Items purchased during our annual 50% Off Sale
Returns are accepted exclusively for purchases made through our website.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
