By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Returns, Refunds & Order Cancellations Policy.

1. About House of Brechó

House of Brechó is an online store specializing primarily in curated vintage and pre-owned clothing and accessories.

Many of our pieces are unique, one of a kind, and may show natural signs of age or previous wear.

2. Products & Vintage Condition

We make every reasonable effort to accurately photograph and describe each item, including its size, measurements, condition, material where known, and any significant imperfections known to us.

Due to the vintage and pre-owned nature of many of our products, minor signs of age, previous wear, fading, small variations, or other characteristics consistent with second-hand clothing may be present and are not necessarily considered defects.

Please review all product photos, measurements, descriptions, and condition information carefully before placing your order.

Colors may appear slightly different depending on lighting, photography, and your device or screen settings.

3. Sizing & Measurements

Vintage sizing may differ from modern sizing standards.

For this reason, we provide measurements and/or relevant sizing information whenever possible. Customers are responsible for reviewing the measurements provided before purchasing.

If you have questions about the fit or measurements of a particular item, please contact us before placing your order.

4. Product Availability

Most House of Brechó items are one of a kind and available in a single quantity.

Adding an item to your cart does not reserve it. An item is only secured once the order has been successfully completed and payment has been confirmed.

In the rare event that an item becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, we will contact you and issue an appropriate refund.

5. Prices & Payment

All prices displayed on our website are shown in New Israeli Shekels (NIS/₪) unless otherwise stated.

Customers are responsible for reviewing the total price of their order, including any applicable shipping charges, before completing payment.

Payments are processed securely through authorized payment service providers.

House of Brechó does not store complete credit or debit card details.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where payment cannot be authorized, where we reasonably suspect fraud or unauthorized activity, or where an obvious pricing or technical error has occurred, subject to applicable law.

6. Orders

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation using the contact information provided during checkout.

An order confirmation does not prevent us from contacting you if there is an issue with availability, payment, pricing, or information necessary to fulfill the order.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete contact and delivery information.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error in your order information.

7. Order Cancellations

If your order has not yet been shipped, you may contact us at shophouseofbrecho@gmail.com to request a cancellation.

Where the order is eligible for cancellation, the applicable refund will be issued in accordance with our Returns, Refunds & Order Cancellations Policy and applicable Israeli law.

If your order has already been shipped, your request will be handled in accordance with our return and refund procedures and any statutory rights available to you.

8. Returns & Refunds

Returns, refunds, voluntary store credit, and statutory cancellation rights are governed by our Returns, Refunds & Order Cancellations Policy.

Where a customer is entitled to cancel a transaction or receive a refund under the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 1981, or other applicable law, these Terms do not limit that right.

Outside any statutory right to a refund, House of Brechó may offer eligible voluntary returns in exchange for store credit according to the conditions stated in our return policy.

9. Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship according to the destinations and delivery methods available at checkout.

Applicable shipping fees and estimated delivery times are described in our Shipping Policy and/or displayed during checkout.

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information.

Delivery times are estimates unless otherwise expressly stated or required by applicable law. Delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances outside our reasonable control.

10. Pick-Up Orders

Where a local pick-up option is available, customers will receive information regarding the collection of their order.

Please wait for confirmation that your order is ready before arriving for pick-up.

Any applicable pick-up instructions will be provided after purchase.

11. Pop-Ups & Markets

House of Brechó may occasionally sell items at physical pop-ups, markets, or other events.

Our voluntary online return and store-credit policy may not apply to purchases made at physical events.

This does not limit any rights that customers may have under applicable Israeli law.

12. Promotions & Sales

From time to time, House of Brechó may offer discounts, promotional codes, special sales, or other offers.

Promotions may be subject to specific conditions, availability, dates, or exclusions communicated at the time of the promotion.

Unless otherwise stated, promotional codes cannot be combined.

Any restrictions relating to voluntary returns for promotional or sale purchases apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law and do not limit statutory consumer rights.

13. Store Credit

Where store credit is issued under our voluntary return policy, it is valid for 6 months from the date of issue, unless otherwise stated.

Store credit may be used toward eligible purchases available on our website during its validity period.

Store credit is not redeemable for cash, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

You may use our website only for lawful personal shopping and informational purposes.
