Returns, Refunds & Order Cancellations

Every item includes its size, measurements, condition, and any known significant imperfections in the product description. As most of our pieces are vintage or pre-owned, they may show natural signs of age or previous wear.

Please review all photos, measurements, and product details carefully before placing your order.

Order Cancellations

If your order has not yet been shipped, you may contact us at shophouseofbrecho@gmail.com to request a cancellation.

Returns & Refunds

For purchases made through our website, customers may return an item and receive a refund where entitled to do so under the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 1981 and applicable regulations.

To request a return and refund, you can either:

• Schedule a door pick-up through our return service here, or
• Contact us to arrange a drop-off at our studio.

Returned items must arrive at our studio within 14 days of the delivery. 

Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, with all original House of Brechó tags attached and with no additional signs of wear, washing, alteration, or damage.

Once the return has been received and approved, you can choose between refund (up to 14 business days on your credit card) or to receive a store credit coupon immediately.

Store credit is valid for 6 months from the date of issue.

Items Excluded From Our Voluntary Return Policy

The following items are not eligible for our voluntary store-credit return policy:

• Swimwear
• Sunglasses
• Deadstock and new items
• Items purchased during pop-ups or markets
• Items purchased during Final Sale

Vintage & Pre-Owned Items

All House of Brechó pieces are vintage, pre-owned, and one of a kind.

Minor signs of age or previous wear are part of the nature of vintage and second-hand clothing and are not necessarily considered defects.

We make every reasonable effort to describe the condition of each item, including any significant imperfections known to us.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, materially differs from its description, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible at shophouseofbrecho@gmail.com.

Please include your order number and photos of the item so we can review the issue and provide the appropriate solution.

Almost all of our pieces are vintage & dead-stock, which means it carries at least 20 years of history on their shoulders.

If there are any demages on the piece, it will be sinalized above.

Please be kind to the pieces, respecting their age, so that they'll be able to accompany you for many more years.
