We currently ship all around Israel, UK, Canada and USA.

​Orders are processed up to 2 business days and we have two local shipping options: though Israel Post up to 7 business days, or delivery to your door around 2-3 business days.

For international shipping we have the Eco Post by the Israel Post.

The shipping fee through the Israel Post is 24 ILS all around the country, and the package will arrive on the nearest Post Office from the submitted address.

Through our courier services, the fee is 35 ILS, arriving to your doorstep around 2-3 business days.

Our packaging is 100% recycled and sustainable.

Note: Orders that return due to incomplete/insufficient/wrong infos or from not picking up the package in time, need to be sent again with the same shipping cost.

Returns

All of the pieces contain it's sizes and measurements written below, as well as it's damages (in case there are any). We work with a no refund policy, instead, we offer the costumer a credit at the store for the purchase of any other available piece.

​*US, UK & Canada purchases cannot be returned, so please make sure to double check sizes & measurements before purchasing.

In case you'd like to return it, the piece has 10 business days to arrive back to our studio, so that the exchange of the piece can be carried out. It can be through drop-off or shipped through the Israel Post (with the tracking number). The shipping fee is not covered by the shop.

Once the piece arrives back to us, in the same conditions as it's been previously sent, the credit will then be available for the costumer.

Before returning an item, make sure you contact us to get the complete details for shipment.

Almost all of our pieces are vintage & dead-stock, which means it carries at least 20 years of history on their shoulders.

If there are any demages on the piece, it will be sinalized above.

Please be kind to the pieces, respecting their age, so that they'll be able to accompany you for many more years.
