Orders are processed up to 2 business days and shipping takes 3-5 business days through our courier services. The delivery fee is 35 NIS and packages are delivered directly to your door.

Returns

All of the pieces contain it's sizes and measurements written below, as well as it's damages (in case there are any). We work with a no refund policy, instead, we offer the costumer a credit at the store for the purchase of any other available piece.

In case you'd like to return an item, you may order a pick-up from your door here or contact us for a drop-off at our studio. In case you'd like to drop-off at our studio, the item has 10 business days to arrive back in to us in order to receive the credit. Delayed items won't be accepted.

​Once the item arrives back to us, in the same conditions as it's been previously sent, the credit will then be available for the customer.

Almost all of our pieces are vintage & dead-stock, which means it carries at least 20 years of history on their shoulders.

If there are any demages on the piece, it will be sinalized above.

Please be kind to the pieces, respecting their age, so that they'll be able to accompany you for many more years.
